My stay at Gurda Tango Boutique Hotel was a good surprise that blended warmth and comfort in a trendy location. The personal service was really good, even though the area felt a bit chaotic at times. While the dining options could have been better, the ambiance really made up for it and had its own charm.

I stayed in the Tango Room, which was spacious and airy with lovely rose petals on the bed and fresh flowers. The room featured a jacuzzi tub and was clean and well-appointed, though the noise from outside occasionally disrupted my sleep.

The staff, especially Karina and her team, were remarkably friendly and accommodating. They remembered my name and went above and beyond, allowing me to check out late without an extra fee and providing helpful recommendations for restaurants.

Gurda is placed in an eclectic area of San Telmo with charming cobblestoned streets. While some might find the surroundings a bit noisy, it’s not too disruptive inside the hotel, and I enjoyed the easy access to public transport and the local park.
Dining

Breakfast was included and was freshly prepared, though service was a bit slow at times. I appreciated the variety, including eggs cooked to order, but wished there were more options nearby for dining out.

The hotel had a quaint common area to enjoy, but the amenities weren’t particularly luxurious. The ambiance was nice, and the free Wi-Fi was a plus, but overall the facilities felt a bit minimal for a boutique hotel.

My stay at Gurda Tango Boutique Hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. While the service from the staff was truly really good, my room was quite small and initially lacked windows, which made it feel cramped. The breakfast was good, offering a good variety, but the price for my accommodation felt a bit steep considering the room size and lack of natural light.

My stay at Gurda Tango Boutique Hotel was good, offering a unique blend of charm and comfort in the heart of San Telmo. The staff was exceptionally friendly and eager to assist, making my experience even better. While the accommodations were slightly quirky and modest, they more than met my expectations for cleanliness and coziness. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to immerse themselves in the local culture of Buenos Aires.

My stay at Gurda Tango Boutique Hotel was overall pleasant but came with some drawbacks. The staff were welcoming and attentive, which really made my experience enjoyable. However, the rooms felt a bit cramped and could use a refresh, especially considering the prices. The location was perfect for exploring the vibrant San Telmo area, and the breakfast options were tasty, but I did expect a bit more for what I paid.

I enjoyed my stay at Gurda Tango Boutique Hotel, appreciating its cozy rooms and friendly staff, though the location can feel a bit off at night. The breakfast was good and there were several dining options nearby, but the distance to the nearest subway station was inconvenient, especially in the heat. Overall, I found it a great place to unwind after a day of exploring the city.

I stayed in both the San Telmo and Hipica rooms, which were comfortable and featured excellent showers. San Telmo offered a cute mezzanine area, despite being a bit pricier.

Located in the San Telmo neighborhood, the hotel was quite trendy with antique shops and good restaurants nearby. However, it felt a bit dodgy at night and was a long walk to the subway.
Dining

The breakfast had a nice variety, with eggs cooked to order, but the nearby dining options really shined. Hierbabuena and Caseros served delicious meals at very reasonable prices.
Facilities

While the amenities were comfortable and clean, the atmosphere was slightly affected by the lack of exterior windows in my room, making it a bit humid at times.
